The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. I was especially grateful for the washer and dryer in the room - it made packing much easier for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room and common areas were kept neat and clean, a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and cute, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was ideal - conveniently close to the Mall of Emirates and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. having a 24-hour convenience store nearby was quite convenient for any last-minute needs.
The spa and massage service at the hotel was a major disappointment. The therapists seemed untrained, and I even had to stop one of them from touching me inappropriately.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is superb, being just a few minutes' walk from the metro. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were wonderful and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary facilities. I particularly loved the comfy beds and the fact that some rooms even had balconies. Also, the value for money was great, as breakfast was included in the rate. a fantastic experience.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I had no major complaints.

Nearby metro station for easy transportation. Short walk to a shopping center. Rooms have kitchen facilities for preparing breakfast and laundry. Friendly staff who accommodated our early check-in request.
